Our friend Chara Marie, holistic nutritionist and healthy lifestyle hacker, shared her fave Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie Bowl recipe with us and it features our fave Crunchy Peanut Butter Energy Balls. PB & J SMOOTHIE BOWL
1/4 cup mixed berries
1 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1/2 cup frozen zucchini
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla nut mylk
Handful of spinach
Your fave granola
Chia jam (1 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp mashed raspberries)
Little Tucker Crunchy Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth and pour into bowl.
Top with yummy toppings!
